An international opening for viticulture and oenology
14 foreign students enrolled in a Bachelor’s program of Viticulture and Enology at Bordeaux Sciences Agro came to visit ENSAT and take classes at the oenology department from January 21 to January 25, 2019. This visit is part of a new partnership initiated between ENSAT and Bordeaux Sciences Agro.
Many countries were represented: Germany, Belgium, China, India, New Zealand, Netherlands, Poland and the USA. The students discovered the research topics of Toulouse INP related to viticulture and oenology. They also carried out sensory analyzes on South-West wines.
The visit was organized by Christian Chervin, professor at the ENSAT. Some of students are considering continuing their studies at the ENSAT.
